Seminar Overview
Seminar Description and Learning Objectives
Participants will learn how to motivate as well as unleash unrealized potential from their direct report team. Each participant will understand their current leadership tendencies and have an opportunity to explore new ways to look at what makes a successful work environment — as well as receiving a personal copy of the book.
The “Engaging Employees in the Business of Success” seminar actively engages participants to understand the concepts and Power Skills for effective leadership. The target audience is for those who hold leadership positions with direct report employees.
The seminar leader, Rich Renik, has applied theory-related content to a thirty-three year leadership career and brings first-hand knowledge to the table for open and honest discussion. The interactive and participatory session(s) provides individuals with an opportunity to increase their understanding of leadership theory, examine how attitudes about themselves and others influence leadership behavior, and stimulates the development of new skills through demonstration and practice. The focus of this seminar is on “leadership” rather than “management”.
